Hello to all my dear customers.
Over a decade in business,13 years to be exact, I have decided to close the doors of my shop on Atlantic Avenue.
Lavender & Lace Antiques and Gifts gave me the opportunity to meet great people from practically every state in the Union and Europe too. I have met my business community through the Chamber of Commerce. I have made so many new friends. It has been such fun reminising, sharing stories of loved ones and loved treasured pieces with you all throughout the years.
I am going to reopen in the near future, I will blog it all from the new location, showing the new shop's interior decor and my hunt for favorite items and many new surprises too. The name will stay the same as is my sign painted by the talented Cris Rushing, so if you miss my blog, you will find L&L when the sign is out front.
You know the expression when a door closes another one opens. I am sure the next place will be even better. I am not saying goodbye just see you all later.
My sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for supporting my little local shop. Here's to 13 more years
